When we had a kitchen water leak last summer, lots of things had to drastically change in our house. Our floor plan was open concept so when the floor had to be replaced instead of refinished, the living room, kitchen, dining room, entry ways, and home office were all involved. Baseboards needed replacing; walls needed painting, and cabinets had to be refinished. My husband and I were at a loss. That is when we contacted Kim Dooley of Dooley Designs. She was a true blessing. She worked with us to understand what we liked and what we did not. She thought outside the box and used many pieces that we already had in other rooms to guide her choices. She took us through her vision board for our project and listened to our requests for changes we wanted. She took our two dogs into consideration when looking at materials and colors. Kim made the whole process manageable. We now have a house that feels like home.
